    It was wonderful. Only two complaints -- the hot tub was cold and the thermostat did not seem to work. Neither affected the fun we had at this resort. All the staff were top notch. Can't wait to go back. And they go the extra mile when you have a specific request.

    The food is horrible, basic hamburger was the best they could offer. They had a few people at the pool serving drinks, with one bartender. I basically got a drink every two hours and had to get it myself most of the time as the waiters were spending more time elsewhere. This was the same everyday, didn't matter how many people were at the pool. The location of the resort, the beach, and the pool area were gorgeous. The only high point. My girlfriend spilled a little ketchup on the bed sheets when we were eating in the room. After the room was "cleaned" I noticed the sheet still had the same stain. I specifically asked to have the sheets changed. They NEVER changed the sheets the rest of the trip. Cleanliness gets a zero. Finally, do NOT stay here. Everytime I left the resort and came back I had no problems. When my girlfriend left on her own she had issues coming back in because she is mexicana. They asked to check her ID at the front every time. Worst money I ever spent at a resort.
