Great stay with fantastic staff! The staff were amazing, letting us store our bags before check-in and after check-out, and even let us charge our phones before we left. Check-in was quick and easy. Our economy room was quite small (just fitting a double bed) and could have used better ventilation or a fan, but it did have two heaters. The shared shower and toilets were okay once we found them. We missed out on the cinema room and didn't know about the kitchen until later, but the balcony was lovely. Huge thanks to the team for being so helpful!
