It was our first time at the hotel. The view was great. Parking was very easy and plenty of space. The room was clean and tidy and housekeeping would come in every day. The breakfast was great and a good variety for everyone. The staff throughout the whole stay were very friendly, helpful and polite. The beaches are fantastic and sandy but you will need a car to get around. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel friendly staff and in a very nice location by the sea. Had a nice meal as well in restaurant we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and we both enjoyed accomodation. Only thing I would pickup on not a negative thing but pillows were to soft for my liking, prefer them firmer.

Lovely 2 night stay with my daughter. Twin bedroom lovely decor all the amenities were great. We had breakfast each morning which was delicious sampled all day breakfast, eggs benedict and pancakes all done really well. Parking was directly situated outside always found a space to park. The location of the hotel is 5 star stunning views and being able to literally walk out of hotel and be on the beach in under 2 minutes is great. Highly recommend will stay again

Absolutely Brilliant Hotel, we stayed in the family suite, receptionists were welcoming, efficient, and couldn’t do enough for you, in fact all the staff we met went above and beyond to make our short stay a happy one. Parking was easy as a hotel resident, just tell the reception desk your registration at check in and they do the rest, car is on the system and parking free until your stay is over, lovely bar and restaurant on site, food was lovely and reasonably priced, good drink choice from the bar and again reasonably priced, Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and was again excellent, something for everyone, I had the full English, which was lovely and the best sausages I’ve had in a long time, will definitely be coming back for another visit soon, Thankyou to everyone who made our stay as great as it was,

Lovely place to stay, staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Food is great (both the restaurant and the hotel breakfast), location is amazing. Only negative was the road to get there which was completely blocked up due to cars parked on either side - not at all the fault of the hotel and nothing they could have done, it was a relief to get into the hotel car park! Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Fantastic location, literally next to botany bay, 10mins walk to another beach and minutes drive away from Broadstairs itself and Margate. Lovely hotel, the family suite was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. We would definitely stay again. Only minus was the cleaning, it wasn't dirty per se, but spots missed.
