Poor choice.
Reception closed, when supposed to be open. Located on a junction, noisy traffic all night. Leak in bathroom, floor wet, no toiletries , other than hand wash.

Good: Free upgrade to double bed, quiet, good central location, free parking Not so good: Despite several attempts, were unable to connect to the free Wi-Fi. No toiletries were provided, noisy bathroom extractor fan, mould in bathroom (see pictures), toilet flushing a bit temperamental, bathroom could do with an upgrade, no breakfast options at hotel, restrictive check-in times (we were called by the hotel asking what time we’d be arriving, we said about 10pm and the gentlemen informed us that reception closes at 7:30pm. He sounded a little bit annoyed that he’d have to be there to greet us at 10, but there were no check-in hours specified on the booking confirmation from Booked 2 rooms, but was only asked to pay for 1. Hotel did not ask my friend to pay for her room and is now seeking payment from me for the 2nd room. I only booked the 2nd room, so don’t feel I’m liable. Dispute is ongoing.

Just the job.
Very convenient location for the town centre, has all basic needs for accommodation o ly.

Nice place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff (actually, one guy, sat at an office desk is all I saw). My room was ok for size, but small shower/toilet room. Clean and tidy. No breakfast, but shops, restaurants, cafes within 5 minute walk. Good for transport. Bus station, train (stations to Shanklin) ferry and hovercraft terminals all at the bottom of the road. However, the road (one of many) is on a long, very steep hill! If on foot, easy going down, but hard climb to get back up to the Hotel. Nevertheless, a pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay. Room was a good size but the mattress could be upgraded. I could feel the shape of the Springs!! Even a foam topper would help. Having a fridge was a bonus. I would book again.

Lovely stay
Lovely clean room bathroom was quite compact but still clean and usable slight room for improvement , but nevertheless very clean and comfortable we only saw the gentleman receptionist but he was very welcoming and helpful. The island itself has lots to do on, and beautiful well kept place

Lovely hotel, nice and quiet, rooms were comfortable for the price. Car parking could be a bit of an issue, but not bad if you don't mind a walk. The local area is nice, not far from anywhere. Would definitely stay here again
