Needs some work for the price
Overall, I believe the hotel is overpriced for what you actually get. The rooms are older with views into run down parts of the city. However, the valet parking is easy, wifi was strong, friendly staff (minus the guy working nights) and attached is a wonderful healthy eatery! I strongly recommend requesting a room ending in an odd number to avoid being on the side looking into a very gross building and obnoxious bar. The location is easy walking distance to the beach and right next to shopping options. The lobby offers a fun vibe but do not expect a comfy bed or anything particularly special beyond the lobby.

Good, but probably would not stay again
Great location as far as being in the center of Waikiki. Rooms were small, but if your planning to spend most of your time away then who cares?

Look for another hotel
I pushed for the bellhop or the trolley to take the suitcases up the stairs by the time I reached the top with my suitcases and entered the lobby the bellhop asked if he could push them into the elevator for me I thought it was a joke. We requested a wake up call we didn’t get it we almost missed our international flight. The fire alarm went off at 4 AM 4:20 AM the reset took two extra times. Tj was the most rude concierge I’ve ever had in all my many travels
