Situated at the banks of the Fecht, this property offers larger units for families. Amenities include restaurant, parking spaces, breakfast option, pool & spa service, tour bookings, e-bike rental, trampoline, washing machines, complete array of vending machines. Service at front desk was professional, proximity to the scenic town of Ingersheim and many good bike trails (town, forest, farm acreage, Alsace wine route). Good location to explore Haut-Rhin & Colmar region from.

Not so dog friendly. The hotel advertises pet friendly, but our experience was that dogs were not allowed into either restaurant on site, so we had to go out to eat. Not ideal after a five hour drive & one of the reasons we chose to stay.

We were really positively surprised with the hotel. We booked it randomly shortly before our stay and the price was quite reasonable for us (family of 5). We didn't expect much since we simply needed a base near Colmar. Quite family friendly, perfectly located (15 min by bike to Colmar), but nicely isolated from the tourist crowds. Perfect place to stay with family and to explore surroundings.

We booked 5 nights and it was + 40°C outside, the room had AC units but they where not working, we could not stay for more then one night since it was too hot in the room. When we told the staff we where checking out early because of extreme heat in the room we got a big attitude from the staff. We payed for 5 nights but only stayed one, got no refund, also payed city tax for 5 nights and got no refund there either. The biggest issue was the attitude and hostility from the staff when my pregnant girlfriend told them it was too hot in the room. (The reception had AC so they where staying cool).

This Residence gives me mixed feelings. On the positive side: Well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, large parking area, well furbished in terms of beds, wardrobe, cupboards, kitchenware. On the bad side: Restaurant food isn't great (although staff is also quite friendly), shower head half broken leaking water, doors in the room are quite thin (you can hear everything going on the toilet) On the ugly side: No housekeeping for stays shorter than 1 week, and hot water runs out after 3 people shower. Overall, the experience was fine, but its more a 3 star stay rather than 4 star. Would probably not stay again.

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues worth mentioning for future guests. The television in the room was not working. Someone came to check it, but it was not fixed. The spa water was also cold, which was disappointing. The doors close very hard — I accidentally hurt and bruised my finger because of this. I informed reception, but nothing further happened. In addition, about an hour after breakfast, both my wife and I experienced very strong stomach problems and diarrhea, which was quite unpleasant. Just sharing this for information, as we paid the full price and expected everything to be working properly.

No air conditioning

No air conditioning was brutal. The location was near the wine route. It had a lot of thing we could use but you had to leave things clean otherwise you get charge an extra night? That was odd. It was one of those hot days no air conditions, no fans and windows without screens was uncomfortable. We tried to leave the living room open but practically anyone could just walk in while you are sleeping so we really couldn’t have a good night.
