I was staying on business for 1 night and they put me on a serviced apartment which I was not told. The shower was not very good and the new unused towels were really damp. Stayed in 4 different hotels during my 2 weeks Business trip and this definitely was the only one which I was not happy with. My colleague had similar experience and had to change her room a few times.

Beautiful hotel Sadly the main pool was out of action for 2 days longer than anticipated so we couldn’t use it. This is summer in Chennai so this was a major downer. Really needed the big pool to cool off in - the tiny pools were way too warm
