    there was a bad sewage or dead rat smell in the central staircase between ground and level 1 we reported to the night manager, The smell emanated to the floor when they opened fire doors in morning

    Great location for the city. Literally 2mins walk from Liverpool St. New hotel with friendly staff and 24hr reception, vending machines etc. Romms very small but perfectly good if you are only using them to sleep in.

    Comfortable stay

    Great hotel for the price, late check in which was perfect for me as I booked late very friendly service from Raheel on reception he is a credit to the hotel. Only downside is my room was window less, and the air con/heating very tricky to use also complimentary breakfast would have been nice but overall I would stay here again.
