All staff really went out of their way to help us to plan our stay in Marseille. Great food and we were not made to feel at all rushed, even though we did not check in until 10pm+

Cool vibe throughout. Neighborhood was about 20-30 minute walk from the Vieux Porte and major tourist attractions. Neighborhood had some great local restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

Comfortable rooms with access to the great hotel restaurant at all hours. Best meal we had in Marseille was a dinner at the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Fun and vibrant decor. Short walk to Old Port and most of Marseille. Staff very friendly and able to help us in English. We highly recommend Mama Shelter!

We stayed in Mama's in Paris during our trip as well and unfortunately one will compare. Mama's in Paris is located in an amazing area, beautiful patio with a great restaurant and wonderful menu. The menu in Marseille was limited but the food was great.

The room wasn't very clean with some hair in the basin and on bed duvet. Breakfast brioche was dry. However the location was nice, and the staffs were friendly. I believe it's still nice overall for the price.

Hotel choisi car proche lieu conference et pour le parking mais apres achat j'apprends l'impossibilité de reserver une place (?) Nuit annulée last minute par Mama Shelter remplacée certes sur autre hotel mais plus éloigné du lieu de conférence, donc je ne recommande pas car la fiabilité est un élément important surtout pour un sejour professionnel.

C'est une chaine que nous appercions beaucoup. Petit bemol sur cette nuit, trop chaud en chambre même avec le chauffage arrêté et eau tiède ce matin pour la douche. La réception nous a fait un geste commercial pour le dérangement. Sinon equipes au top, bon restaurant et super petit déjeuner
