Fab area....parking a nightmare(That's Brighton).
Although the guest house was a bit dated the room was clean & bed very comfortable. The shower room was very cramped for me though worked well. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but poached eggs not runny(i'm sure everyone likes a runny egg). The staff friendly & attentive.

Nice pleasant hotel
Simple yet pleasant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is a no thrills hotel with a bit of tiredness in decor, but is most importantly clean and inexpensive, not purporting to be anything other than what it claims. I would happily check in again.

Birthday celebration weekend in Brighton
Room was perfect for our weekend break although furniture was a little dated and very few electric points even for the kettle. The onsuite was a little small but clean unfortunately there was no electric razor point and nowhere in the room either to plug in a razor. Breakfast served next door was better than expected and staff were very helpful.
