We had a very enjoyable stay at Le Nouveau Monde. The hotel is comfortable and well located, but what particularly stood out was the excellent service. The reception staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful, as were the staff at the bar. When we had a problem with the Nespresso machine in our room, reception responded quickly, and the maintenance staff member who came to assist us was also extremely helpful and promptly replaced the machine. We really appreciated the attentive service throughout our stay and would happily return.

Very comfortable room with beautiful view and balcony. Good amenities and bathroom. Perhaps a simple set of plates and cutlery would be useful for travellers? The staff are amazing - so helpful as we coordinated a visit with our young son. We loved it so much we have just booked a return stay with extended family. This is a gem, our favourite place in St Malo.

The ocean view from our room was spectacular, a great way to take in the impressive tidal swings of Saint-Malo. The location couldn't be better for wandering the beach and for walking into the town walls. This is a top-notch operation and it shows in every aspect. Saint-Malo exceeded our expectations and so did this hotel, hope to be back one day!
