Lovely hotel, 2nd time visiting and will book again on our next trip to Birmingham. Parking is great with lift access. 24/7 snacks great for when back from a concert. Last time we had a pizza after our concert. Helpful, friendly staff. Good night sleep. Nice breakfast, lots of choice. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. The room had everything I needed including a comfy chair to relax in and a desk. The TV was modern and had all the latest apps. Breakfast was included in my stay and there was plenty of choice and it was good quality too. The reception staff were excellent, I had a personal issue and they dealt with it calmly and professionally which I appreciated.
