Overall its needs some maintenance and repairs. Room i reserved the end tables were severely water damaged. Traces of water infiltration in ceiling and walls. Old cracked floor tiles in the bathroom.

After a day out we returned to find our room unmade and no towel replacement. Told it was because of Covid-19 but NO mention was made of this when booking or when we checked in. For the room price we paid we did not expect to have to make beds and search out fresh towels. We'd chosen this location to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary - VERY DISSAPOINTING.

Needs renovations, awful restaurant, good pools!
The shower in Presidential suite was not working at all. It was not fixed during our stay. The suite itself is good, although needs renovations, as well as the whole hotel itself. The restaurant is poor and expensive! The menu is much more poor than in the bistro in the nearby village, while the prices are twice higher. Hotel does not offer buffet-style breakfast. There is no espresso coffee machine in the bar, and they offer only filter coffee. No bakery, like croissants, is offered for breakfast. Two pools are excellent though! This is the only reason why I do not leave a completely negative review.

a bit expensive for what it is
Clean but needs to be updated. Bed wasn't comfortable as it was leaning back, couldn't open the t.v. remotely and some channels had no sound. wires were hanging from the t.v. on the wall. I stayed on the room 116. Pool area was good but tennis court and basket ball court are not well maintained. a bit expensive for what it is.
