Early check in was nice after a super long flight
The good was that my flight came in very early so they gave me early check in at no cost and after that brutal flight from the USA, that was very helpful. The bad was that the room was not clean, the bed was fine, the room was very, very small and they don't make up your room unless you ask for it. The staff was pretty friendly and the service was pretty good. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. 3 star at best.

Small Cozy Place
A small cozy place in near M-Block market in GK II, Delhi. Rooms were good sized and comfortable. Liked the hard bed, unlike other hotels in the area who are not careful on this part. Can improve on their breakfast a bit...it was decent though.

nice hotel, but disappointed
we were not given a checkout time, we were also the only people staying in the whole hotel complex, so thought there must not be strict enforcement here, it was also low season & staff were lounging around the complex, it seemed very laid back. on the last day we walked in & out of the building,past reception, who we came to know on a personal level over the 2weeks, multiple times throughout the day (we were going back & forth to the local shops..at least 5times) & nothing was said to us either. then finally when we went to checkout we were told we needed to pay for an extra night because we stayed past checkout time. this same man saw us walking in & out of the complex all day & greeted us every time, yet didn't mention anything until now. what was more frustrating is that a friend of mine (a local indian) enquired about the same stay (3 adults, same dates) & quoted a price almost half of what we paid! I didn't bother to complain about this until the hotel decided they wanted more money from us for not checking out on time. we complained & explained all of what I have written above but they continued to argue back. it was obvious nothing was said all day so that they could charge later, behaviour was sneaky. its just silly on their part because I visit india every year & was really happy with the hotel atmosphere & location. if this incident didn't occur I definitely would have stayed here again. but they have lost 3 customers, plus those who I will tell about my experience.

comfortable stay
This hotel is located right in the heart of the famous m block market in greater kailash 1. While the hotel is mostly comfortable, wish the rooms were cleaner. Wish the breakfast was a little innovative as well. During my earlier stays they offered omelets as per choice as part of buffet breakfast but this time I was there for 4 days and all they had was cold boiled eggs that too in winter. Delhi is known for paranthas but the ones served here were ghastly to say the least. Really need to improve on breakfast quality.
