Great deal for the space and location. I got the deluxe queen and though small, it was enough for my needs. (Traveling 1 person total with 1 carry-on suitcase and 1 check-in suitcase). The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was modern and updated. The AC was good, the staff was friendly. I didn't really use the common spaces but they looked nice (the lounge/kitchen/laundry room). They have a locked room where you can store luggage after you check out so that was nice. The location is great since it is in the heart of Central and just steps away from the popular eateries and cocktail bars. My only complaint is that the walls are thin as I could hear the girls next door come back to their room each night which woke me up

You would NOT want to stay in such small rooms. Think about those little campers behind cars. However, the location is good, the staffs are friendly, and foods are fine. By the way, they never tell you that only UK-style electric outlets are available for charging your phones and computers, so, be prepared.

Hotel is clean and very friendly staff. My only complaint is that there is no daily house keeping. They just came in to replace the towels which felt more like an inspection. Also only 2 full size towel and one floor towel for 2 person available. No other towels were given. A trash bin was only available in the bathroom and no outlet in the bathroom either.

However, at your website, you stated the property will be staff only from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm which makes confusion as I arrived early and were trying to leave my luggage there while I just go for my meeting but were not able to. Would suggest making it clear on your site on your staffing timing. Also, when I sent 2 emails on 2 separate time enquiring about the above issue before my flight, I did not get a response from your email which is disappointing. If I am given the reply to my enquiry, I would not have to go around with my luggage to do my work. Overall, I am satisfied but things can be better. Thanks.

The hotel is easy to find and its location is convenient. However, Registration is actually on the 3rd (?) floor but there is no sign at the entrance of the building/hotel or by the elevator to direct or instruct guests. The check-in process was inefficient because the staff asked us to type in all the required info. This should be the job of the staff who is familiar with all the required entries since they would be dealing with it day in and day out. As it was, my husband had to ask the staff what he needed to type which prolonged the check-in process. Not to mention that we were tired from traveling and we just wanted to go to our room! We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was even though it faced the street. I personally didn't like that there was a big step to enter the bathroom. That can be hazardous!
