Sat in a good location near to Toa Payoh with a supermarket next door. Food shops close by and the hotel has a free bus to Novena shopping center every hour through the day.

Rooms quite small also sound insulation poor. Had a door for interconnection and it sounded like next door were in the same room Booked Queen bed and got 2 singles Shower and hot water generally lukewarm No bar to get a drink, either had to go outside or nearby Ramada Breakfast was good however Staff generally helpful and pleasant

Check in nightmare
Though it was a last minute booking, it took the property about an hour and a half to two hours to check in. Reason was their system is not updated with my booking. When system was finally updated was told that there's no room available with the requirements I've booked for which caused further delay. Had to be aggressive before they decided to release a room which is obviously already available. Overall the stay is good and room is clean. Other then the check in and the room's air condition is not working very well.

Quick stay in Singapore
Stayed for a couple of days in Singapore to visit a friend. Hotel was very nice, modern. Breakfast wasn't great value for the money imo. Airport shuttle dropped me off at the hotel, but feel its a bit misleading saying there is a shuttle from the hotel as this only goes as far as the train station?

Location is good with local food courts and enjoyable as it is near the river and other walkable locations. I don’t enjoy the city and this hotel gives you the possibility to explore great local food and nice scenery without paying the prices of the city

Nice room, convenient location.
Convenient as there it is right beside zhongshan mall. At night, can take a stroll at zhongshan park which is a beautiful place. The room is clean and neat. Awesome!

Good value hotel for shorter stays
We stayed here for 5 nights in September. The rooms were small but very decently priced over the Formula One weekend. Located around 10-15 mins walk from Novena MRT station which does get tiring in the heat. The hotel does offer a shuttle though but we never used it. Located right next to a mall which has several food options (including McDonalds, Starbucks and Toast Box), a 7/11 and a supermarket. Overall, a good basic hotel which is suitable for shorter stays but maybe not longer stays due to the location away from main attractions.
