Not so great
Prior to arrival, our credit card was charged although we opted for "pay at the property". The bathroom smelled of sewage and the toilet bowl was yellow inside, as if it wasn't cleaned. Dirty and dusty along the walls of the floor. Water pressure poor. There was a huge stain on the carpet in the sitting area. It was off-putting. Refrigerator did not get cold. Housecleaning every other day despite the website showing daily cleaning. Very disappointing. When our room was "supposedly" cleaned, same sheets and makeup stained comforter. Our beds were just made without clean linens. Beds somewhat uncomfortable. We received a scam call at 7am from someone posing to be a hotel staff member. Claimed there was a power outage and their system showed we did not pay for our room and we needed to give our credit card info immediately or we'd have to vacate the hotel. Probably not the hotel's fault. We aren't sure as they stated that no calls were transferred to our room. Other guests reported receiving same call and Houston police were called. Wow. Another guest's car was broken into in the parking lot during our stay. Hotel overall was not as clean as other Hyatt Place hotels we've stayed at. Average. Could use a good scrub and revision on their site re. daily cleaning.

We stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned. We called to request clean towels, but never got them so we had to go down to the desk to get them. 4 nights with no housekeeping is very poor.
