Great option
Great hotel. Room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Really enjoyed the sauna as well. Hotel is close to the city center and there is a tram stop very close to the main entrance. Totally recommended.

nasty hotel, with complete disdain for customers
it started off awfully when we arrived at 1140am and were told that we could not check in because the hotel had a policy of no check in before 2pm. the so called reception manager hid behind a sweet but obviously totally in experienced girl with a trainee badge. theroom was ready but the hotel had a policy. the room was stifling hot with a broken temperature control. the taps had no hot and cold markers - always an indicator of a hotel run by people who couldn't care less. the breakfast wasn't bad except the coffee was Nescafe-from a machine and the orange juice warm. not far from the centre of town but in a really desolate area. taxi couldn't drive up to front door. even more worryingly there was a mafiosi looking man hanging around the lobby, unplugged my phone and was being given beer by a receptionist bling after the bar had closed. he was probably harmless, but made it feel threatening as well as having appalling service. DEFINITELY ONE TO AVOID

Modern hotel, nice but generic
A modern hotel, fairly soulless but has pretty much everything you'd expect these days. The lack of a proper shower in the bathroom was a little odd (only a shower head you needed to hold up yourself, no curtain) but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a fairly standard hot and cold buffet affair but very agreeable. Local area can look a bit rundown but nice and quiet. 10 minutes walk from train station and another 10 to town centre, a couple of tram lines pass outside.

Overall this was accomidating
Overall I would say that the stay was ok. There was a conference going on that drew a lot of people that was loud at times but manageable. The power went out on the entire floor of the hotel one night and it took some time to get it functional again. The rooms were for the most part hot and stuffy and the air-conditioning in the room or fan was not functional. That made it difficult for sleeping. The beds were metal coiled and you could feel them in your back or side, but the oversized pillows were actually quite nice. Bathroom had a weird swing to the door where it had to be closed completely to be able to sit on the toilet and the bathtub had no curtain. You had to shower using one small side of the tub to prevent getting water all over the floor.

Good practical hotel
I've stayed here twice and it has been completely satisfactory, although nothing special. It is a hotel that seems to do a lot of business hosting conferences, and it is a bit away from the centre, so it is more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. It is clean and practical and the rooms are a decent size. The breakfast is nothing spectacular, with a modest buffet selection. I had an odd situation where I arrived just after midnight (unavoidable because of the flight time), but I was not allowed to check in because the computers were doing their daily housekeeping tasks, and I had to wait 10 mins in the lobby for the computers to finish. Other than that the desk staff were very good and spoke excellent english.
