Nice place good parking everything we were looking for. Will enjoy coming back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but not always easy to find. Breakfast does not start until 7:30, which was too late for me because if office hours. The bed was comfortable but the room was a little noisy, especially the plumbing. No tea and coffee in the room - free at breakfast but otherwise you have to pay.

Was very good value for a budget room. Breakfast very very good.

My parents ordered a wake up call at 6 am and a taxi to the airport for 6 30 for which the hotel charged 21 pounds. The next morning the hotel only woke them up at 6 30 and the taxi never came. Another taxi was ordered but on the way to the airport the taxi driver said he wasn't paid. My dad got him to call the hotel to confirm the hotel has been paid but the hotel denied receiving money. They had to turn back to the hotel to get the 21 pounds back. Very disappointing service that almost made them miss their flight home

Friendly welcome and speedy check in. Shown to my room and bag carried which was a good touch. Room as expected. Lower view into street so curtains needed to be closed for privacy. Bed on wheels moved when sitting on it which was a bit of a nuisance as was no kettle in the room and a loose tap on the sink. Drinks available at cost up stairs.
