Great location and service. Bed comfy and good value
It is a really good value. I like the fact that they have bidet and the breakfast.
The breakfast was nothing to write home about. We eat dinner there one night. They don’t understand wake up calles for 4 am they call the next day. They don’t speak English.
Great location, staff friendly and helpful
As a business traveller I was very disappointed. I arrived on an overnight flight sunday-monday with meetings scheduled in the afternoon - even though my room (booked for a week) was empty and ready ... they tried to charge me usd$39 for "early check-in". 25 yrs of business travel and no hotel had that audacity. While the bathroom has seen some surface updates, overall the hotel feels old and tired. The breakfast is a joke (i've had better included breakfasts at best westerns in Canada). The bed was comfortable and the location suited my needs. I will definitely be staying at another hotel on my next visit to Santiago.
The hotel is an excellent value in a very good location and I will stay here again and I enjoyed a 4 night stay in November. There is one issue that needs correction at it as the breakfast buffet. 4 staff members clearing and cleaning tables and not one watching the food and plate supply. Eggs empty for a long duration of time, no plates left at all and other dishes empty or near empty. There must be a staff designated at all times to observe and anticipate replenishment.

after flying 12 hours, we arrived at 10:30am to the hotel and they wanted ot charge us $39 to check in before 3pm.
In general the hotel staff is friendly, but Sofía at the from desk is the most amazing and helpful person I have meet at a hotel. She was not only imaginaive, but went beyond all expectations helping me handle the complex logistics of my luggage at hotel to airport transport. Will definitely stay here on my next trips to Santiago de Chile
