Beautiful hotel, they just need more staff in breakfast and concierge. You wait 10mins for a coffee and 10mins to check out.
Great hotel, very stylish and great restaurant
The hotel was fantastic - beautiful design, rooms, bed, sheets. What was not so good in my opinion was the food - I ordered room service and I love tortilla soup but it was a very thick totally different type of soup vs the normal tortilla soup. The chicken tacos were so so. For breakfast their eggs in the buffet have a lot of milk floating in the eggs to keep them moist i guess but wasn't too appetizing. I think this is their main area of opportunity - the rest of the hotel was amazing and the location was great - next to lots of restaurants, mall, starbucks, etc. very nice.
Beds were not as confortable as i would have imagined.
I've been in great and fancy hotels all around the world, but the Live Aqua lobby is truly amazing. It's not big or fancy or grandiose, but whoever designed the decor was creative and had a wonderful sense of understated taste. The hotel is out of the way if you're looking to do things in Mexico City, but otherwise it's a great find.
