We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel - it has a good feel to it, is clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. We did not swim but noticed it was kept very clean! The bed was comfortable - it was on the firm side so maybe a mattress topper to soften it up a bit would be an amazing plus to the hotel

I love the service. TV availability Food is great and well priced. X2 welcome drinks. Pool is really nice and I've used it while waiting for check-in. Staff are wonderfully friendly and professtional. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of options, I love the traditional pandan pancakes filled with coconut and brown sugar, and little tapioca balls with freshly grated coconut as a little surprize. Chef with stand and make omelettes or scrambled egg. Lattes fabulous and creamy.

The staff were amazing and the location is close to the airport which is convenient but the hotel room had a terrible smell, we only spent 2 nights but couldn’t wait to leave. The people were helpful and friendly and the hotel was a walking distance to waterbom

This is a great area, pool is cold if you like that they had a great pool area for kids if you have any. Staff great. Streets around the area great for food and shopping but…there is a religious thing near by that is very noisy and more than once a day. Some maintenance needed as most hotels in Bali.
