Good stay.
We were in London for a 2 days of site-seeing with our 3 teenagers. The location was pretty good for getting around. The staff was mostly friendly. Our booking did not get breakfast nor the health club included. We purchased 2 rooms, one was about 80 pounds per night more expensive, but both rooms seemed to be identical.

Great Location and Service.
Loved staying at this hotel. Our bathroom had a rainshower head, which we loved, the bed was cozy and they created a sweet spot for our tiddler out of a chaise in the room. We appreciated the Covid precautions still in place regarding pool use, and it was a very nice pool with sauna and locker room area. We were not terribly impressed with the Jamboree restaurant food. The hotel was situated in a convenient part of the city, walking distance to Borough Market, Tate Modern, Tower Bridge, London Eye, and Queen's Walk. We were there for Christmas, so the Southbank Winter Market was close as were the departure points for tours of the Christmas Lights. Also close to the Tube and Thames Link. I really appreciated that they had a stroller we could borrow for our toddler.
