I had a great time in the Cevahir hotel. It was my 6th time staying at the hotel. It's close to the islands and near to the metro and ferry port. The breakfast was lovely, room service was excellent and the indoor pool was open. Esra on reception organized a late checkout and was extremely helpful. I will be back!

A big hotel with only one seating area. Breakfast was great with lots of options, hot and cold. To get to the pool you have to go downstairs and through the spa and gym area then show your room number to be let through the barriers. Then up 2 flights of stairs to get to the pool. Manager on site dealt with any issues within minutes.

Bad customer service and unacceptable treatment

The checkin was a terrible Experience. While our passports were being copied and formalities being processed, the agent suddenly left our checking process aside and took care of two women who came to visit a guest in two rooms, they quickly received access cards without and ID or other requirements. I asked why our checking got stopped and other were suddenly prioritised the simple answer was that these were guests of a guest. Afterwards the concierge requested extra payment from me
