The pool was not well kept, the tv remote did not work - at all, I asked for a new one and was told to hit 1on the remote - that did not work, the hotel was overall noisy, the ice machine was broken. One of the lamps (nightstand) just flickered - like a strobe light. Just really not a great stay.

The ease of checking in and the size of the room. However. We didn’t have any heat or hot water in the sinks. The hot water in the shower was luke warm all evening. We had to space out our showers for more warm water n. I advised the front desk and they just advised to check the setting in the thermostat.
