superb
It is a superb hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was spacious with all necessary equipment. I stayed on the 15th floor with a great view over the city. Major attractions just a walk away. Subway station very close. Nice area with plenty restaurants and bars around. Would highly recommend this place for a long stay.

Great staff, good location, poor storage
We had a lovely stay. The best part was the staff/manager of the breakfast area. Very sweet, kind people. They discovered it was my birthday and sang to me, brought me mini cheesecakes and could not have been more kind. The thing we disliked most about the hotel was the lack of closet/drawer space. We were in Chicago from Monday morning until Friday evening and as we had a couple of events that required dressier clothing, we could not fit what we brought into the tiny closet and there was only one drawer for the two of us.

Good 6.0
Nice hotel, friendly staff
The staff was exceptional, especially the breakfast staff who were so friendly and kind. The location is wonderful with so much in walking distance. The room was nice, clean and updated. There were only two problems we had. One is the fire station right outside our window. We were on The third floor directly across from them. They go out a lot!!! It makes it hard to sleep. I know this isn’t the hotels fault though. The main problem I had was with the bed. It seemed really broken down and saggy. It made my back hurt so much i would wake up in the night and had to take alieve to get any rest at all. I usually have no mid/ lower back issues at all and had none as soon as I got home to my bed. So with a comfy bed and a room on the back side and higher up I would stay again. The hotel has a lot of pluses.
