Great location to explore Norfolk
Great location in lovely Holt. Small car park so could not park one evening ( selfish guests had parked their vehicles with too much room or we could have got another in). Staff were lovely, breakfast was really good and meals were a mix of very good and average. Drinks expensive. Bed comfy with nice sheets pillows and towels. Very dog friendly.

The hotel is lovely, really comfy bed. The food was great and the staff are very helpful. The only negative was the sound of doors closing loudly at night (some soft closers would be a great idea), and a cold shower in the morning

Great Couple of Nights
Great stay but i wouldn't choose the room we had again out of choice due to it being on the main road and by a crossing. This may not be an issue for most people but i am an incredibly light sleeper. Menu was small but fine for our two night stay. Food was pretty good. Breakfast on the second morning was much better than the first, fruit salad for example had a better selection. Staff were love and welcoming. There was a superb selection of wine by the glass.

Family gathering
We were attending a family funeral in the area and booked 5 rooms. The hotel suited our needs perfectly and I would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel if you need to stay in the area!

Great with one downside
Tram were fantastic. Food was absolutely delicious. The only downside qas staying in the lawns rooms, the shower was not really fit for purpose as the showerhead was not angles and just pelted you in the face! This is the only criticism. The other room facilities were OK.
