Room was nice although bathroom was quite cramped with little room to even put the bath mat down. Bed was comfortable but the duvet needs to be updated as it was incredibly lumpy with large parts where there was no filling at all. Lovely and quiet location with nice view of the garden. Breakfast was good quality, nice choice with plenty to eat. Would have been nice for the team to have explained what there was when we arrived and to be given a menu to select from. Staff on reception were very friendly and polite.

Lovely pub with rooms, very friendly and comfortable, great food for breakfast and dinner. Located right in the heat of Holt, which is a very pretty little town. One slight bit of a muddle on arrival as the system said we'd already checked in before we'd actually even arrived. But that was quickly dealt with.
