Travelled with daughter and son in law for weekend away. Avoid rooms 38 & 40 as the air conditioning unit outside was very noisy. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Great rooms poor food
Great rooms, well designed and spacious. The standard of food and restaurant though fell far short of the quality of the rooms.

Our Stay at the Quarters Flinders
Our large, smart stylish modern room had a private garden area, and everything felt very new. They offer an excellent breakfast and free newspaper for the understandably expensive rooms. There is free wifi but no pool. There was also no bath - just a shower. The location is excellent, as the Flinders shops are just moments away, the sea is very close ( down a steep road), and the Mornington Peninsula area is scenic, full of excellent wineries and justifiably popular. The new Highway from Melbourne, the M11, is now open , unbeknown to my car's satnav. Very enjoyable stay. We ate dinner twice in the Flinders hotel casual dining restaurant, but unfortunately the fine dining restaurant is open only at weekends. Service was pleasant and obliging.

Relaxing anniversary break
Found the accommodation to be a huge surprise. It was pure luxury - spacious, comfy, modern and well positioned. Wish we could have stayed longer. Flinders Hotel is a place we will be returning to.
