Great hotel!
This was our first stay at The Alexander. We read some reviews previous to our stay. I can agree that the rooms were a little dusty and the walls were kind of thin. But besides that there’s nothing to complain about. Parking was simple - we did the self park in their connected parking garage for $33. I noticed that they park the valet cars there as well for a few extra bucks, both with in and out privileges. There were some problems getting in/out with our room key that you have to use but they did inform us they were being repaired. The room was cute with a California king size bed which was very comfortable. There was a mini fridge and they put a microwave in upon request. The staff and housekeeping were pleasant. We really enjoyed the artwork in the hotel and parking garage. Also yolk is connected to the hotel which was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel - we’ll definitely be going back!

Our stay was nice, however the customer service in the evening was not very friendly. I do not recommend asking for anything late at night because all you will get is attitude.

Beautiful place, pricey for kids
The hotel was very beautiful but the food options were very too expensive for me and 3 kids. It was very easy to walk to the Pacer’s game and over to the mall. The food court was a good option for dinner before the game. I would definitely stay again, but hopefully with just the wife next time.

beautiful hotel
This is a beautiful hotel, the abundant art work and overall ambiance are very enjoyable. We didn't try the in house buffet, but had great breakfasts both days at the Yolk.
