Clean and modern hotel with excellent front desk staff. Secure underground parking which is a bit tricky to get to. Very convenient for the stadium and nearby science park . Good Auchan shopping mall and metro station 10 minutes walk away. Restaurant was closed and no room service during my stay so only option to eat was take away delivery or walk to the mall.

This hotel is excellent. It lived up to its reputation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our only regret was not having a mini fridge in our room. It’s not real close to a metro line if you are lugging suitcases but it wasn’t too bad. The restaurants aren’t real close for walking either. But this hotel has spacious rooms and very nice staff.

Trois séjours dans votre établissement et, malheureusement, le même problème persiste avec le même hôte d’accueil, M. Derhyl. Son attitude est systématiquement froide, sans sourire, et empreinte d’arrogance envers les clients. Nous sommes très loin de l’accueil chaleureux et professionnel que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement du standing Radisson Il parvient à gâcher chacun de mes séjours. Heureusement, la qualité des chambres ainsi que le professionnalisme du reste de l’équipe permettent en partie de compenser cette expérience négative à l’accueil. Je vous recommande vivement de reconsidérer sa présence à ce poste, car son comportement nuit à l’image de votre établissement et à celle du groupe Radisson. En ce qui me concerne, je ne reviendrai plus. Trois expériences similaires suffisent largement. Être accueilli avec mépris par l’un de vos collaborateurs est inacceptable et contraire aux principes du service client.

Chambre propre et bien insonorisée. Par contre, personnel peu professionnel. La personne qui s’occupait de la réception le soir de notre arrivée décroche le téléphone quand on appelle et nous met en attente… mais ne reprend jamais l’appel. Il est donc impossible de joindre l’hôtel et d’avoir des informations, notamment sur le stationnement. Le lendemain, l’hôtel étant affilié au parking, nous aurions dû bénéficier d’un tarif préférentiel… en sortant du parking, nous avons payé plein pot… Le personnel de l’accueil aurait surement dû valider notre ticket de parking pour profiter du tarif… Un meilleur recrutement des personnels d’accueil est à prévoir…
