A home away from home
Fantastic Riad, the service from the all staff was amazing - really warm personalities and friendly people. The breakfast we had was lovely, and the house keeping was impeccable. We definitely recommend Riad Jona, and would stay here again if we come to Marrakech another time.

Great hotel
The hotel is very clean, bed is comfortable, walkble to many places. Staff is very friendly special the girl who is name Mami super nice and helpful, thx her. Hotel in perfect location, and super part is roof terrace with pool and jacuzzi. Many chairs, towels and hats for relaxation with sun. There is a alley to the hotel is a little feel afraid but is safe. We stay for 4 nights and enjoy the the dinner at the terrace with a bottle of wine in January such as paradise. The food is very good. The breakfast is so wonderful (no egg). Only I didn't like was the noise! I understand it is Riad, but too much noise inside. After 1 night they changed my room on top terrace, it was great, I appreciate. It is wonderful hotel to stay

Loved It!
I would love to stay here again! The riad was beautiful, and the service from the staff was great. In particular, the lady from Senegal was awesome. The whole staff helped to set last minute reservations and spa services, and were very flexible as our tour plans changed - much appreciated!

A beautiful peaceful oasis in the heart of the medina. Service was impeccable, the sun terraces and pools lovely and the hammam a great experience. Food was good - the Christmas eve dinner was superb, and good coffee and bread at breakfast. Highly recommended for both couples and families.

I think I liked the most, the friendly staff, they are friendly, helpful, always smiling and welcoming. I enjoyed their breakfast and food. And the hotel location is perfect very close to marrakesh highlights in a busy area but in the same time it’s a quite place. And the hotel design is very nice and beautiful from inside.

Pay a little more & get better service elsewhere
fine for a budget option. rooms are modern style Moroccan, comfortable/clean (there is a smell from the drain sporadically) nice to have the rooftop pool & jacuzzi but pool is dirty and jacuzzi isn't warm or bubbly (jets are very very weak) saving you make on the room price is lost when you consider how over priced food and drink is compared to other hotels. recommended tours are also very overpriced. We paid £16 each for a tour from Viatour that Jonas wanted £60 pp. for! staff are nice enough but service doesn't compare to other Riads. At our 2nd Riad we were given a map, shown where the other local areas of interest were, taught how to haggle etc. No welcome drink from Jonas and we were not offered the free bottle of wine as a gold hotel.com customer. I think I could have got over all of the above had it not been for the staff blatantly lying to me after check out. We asked to leave our bags for collection by our next Riad whilst we were out on a day tour. They said this was absolutely fine. Once we got back from desert trip (where we had no signal), I heard from new Riad that Jonas had refused to give them our bags even though they had phoned ahead to confirm twice and been told to go ahead come get them! they called me a liar saying they would never agree to release bags to anyone but the customer. When I asked Jonas to pay send the bags, they refused saying it wasn't there problem. Funnily enough, they then did give the bags to Riad Hikaya after that!
