Good 6.0
Room to small but overall is good

Very good 8.0
Good for short stays and excellent location
Fantastic location right opposite Haymarket station and near all Edinburgh has to offer. The hotel was overall good quality, and even in a fairly small room without a window it was absolutely fine for one night. Unfortunately the coils on the mattress were practically sticking out, which made for an extremely uncomfortable sleep on one half of the bed. A combination of changing sides and sleeping on the quilt was fine for the one night, though perhaps a replacement wouldn’t be a bad idea. Overall, I would stay here again for short stays (one or two nights maximum) as a solo traveller.

Fair 4.0
Poor
We arrived to find we had had booked a double room, we were charged £10 per night to upgrade to a twin room which turned out to be 2 rwin beds pushed together, so basically a double and the room was too small to separate them. Our room was not cleaned during our stay neither, luckily we hung the towels out up to dry
