Great resort with private beach and 7 pools, amazing. It also has a little cinema which was a surprise, we tried out one if the movies and weren't disappointed. The "Lemon Grass" restaurant staffs were so well trained, always looking out for customers' needs and comforts. Will definitely come back again.

We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. We had a great weekend! Good breakfast, the bed felt like a cloud and a hug at the same time, nice pool and beach area. Don’t go here for an «authentic Vietnam experience», but spending a couple of nights here will give you a luxurious getaway feeling. After checkout on sunday we went to Minera Hot Springs and spent the rest of the day there. Would absolutely recommend this if you are into onsens.

They evan have a movies theater but we didn't try it. We went to a local fish market (750m from hotel) to have fresh seafoods. It was cheap and excellent.

Our goal was to visit Ho Chi Minh only, but took this 3 hrs free shuttle bus trip due to request from our kids to enjoy the beach. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and a definite 5 star hotel. Everything from the cleanliness of the resort, the design, the decor, the size of the room/ bathroom, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Type and quantity of pool is great - although the resort was crowded you can always find a comfortable spot to rest on. Only downside is the F&B availability, which is very inflated price. There is no shuttle bus provided to the downtown which is 3 KM away with few other affordable restaurants and couple of small convenience store. So there is not much activity around besides the beach. The beach itself was clean due to constant cleaning, but rubbish floating around in sea. We were not comfortable swimming there. The kids helped the cleaner to collect at least a bag full of rubbish from the water.

I just want to say thank you to Phong, Thug, Thang, and the entire staff for providing outstanding customer service:). Everyone is always profession and they go above and beyond in exceeding customer expectations. They make my stay very enjoyable with wonderful memories.
