Fabulous 8.6 From 145 reviews

Very good 8.0
I highly recommend this hotel.
I stay here (everytime) if a room is available, when visiting family. Very good value with free breakfast. Clean and comfortable.Lovely gardens and character property. Only negative (but I have very long hair), hairdryer in room this time not great. It was attached to wall and got very hot. Other rooms I've stayed in have 'portable' hairdryers....much better.

Very good 8.0
Lovely location. Couple of niggles when we arrived like no shower gel in shower (empty) which was sorted next day Bathroom smelt of stagnant water and.extractor not working. Hotel staff were going to sort. Staff are lovely, Evening meal in Bistro bar was lovely. Couldn't get in restaurant as they had a conference there. Breakfast, sat on a hot plate so was a bit dried out. Again conference people seemed to take precedence. However, the place was lovely and quiet and the staff brilliant and attentive. Would we visit again? Not sure to be honest

Good 6.0
Negatives: Very dated interior. Telly did not work. No mobile network signal I'm on EE! Very small room & shower. Accommodation block is a short walk from reception, however it means going through an unsheltered walkway outdoors and up some stairs- terrible if it's raining or if you have heavy luggage. Positives: Ok value for money accommodation (£45 Inc good breakfast). Free parking. WiFi speed ok. Clean rooms. In room thermostat.

Exceptional 10.0
Such a nice place pictures do this no justice it’s clean and the outside area is beautiful. Has great reception staff and very good customer service. I only got single room but it was very spacious and so comfy.

The stay was fine, however, the room was one of the smallest I stayed in.
