Very conveniently located hotel
Location of the hotel is perfect. It will be even better once the building work on bab malik Abdulaziz is complete. At present you can reach the mataf in around 5 mins at a quiet time. Very little rush if you use bab Ajyad to enter the haram. Also, this hotel has many lifts and the flook beneath the hotel has many restaurants. Staff were efficient and courteous. We arrived early at around 11am and we're given our room straight away. Only negative point was that the carpets in the room could do with being washed once in a while - it was a little bit dirty but was nevertheless vacuum cleaned daily.

only good position but doesn't deserve even 3 star
The only good thing is position near masjid Haram otherwise doesn't deserve even 3 stars Small bathroom with no facilities at all No even tea or coffe or slippers or toothpaste in bathroom Small rooms Bad reception employee Bad restaurant services Good number of lifts It looks that hotel administration depend only in the good position of the hotel otherwise nothing I tried most of near hotels most of them are better Excellent position near haram

Good 6.0
Close to Haram
I had the worst experience of my life dealing with not friendly and unprofessional management. I booked my room and upon check in they were refunding to honor me the room. I went to higher management and it was getting worse and worse. They were asking for more money, not a little money, ten times more. I have been traveling to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the past 21 years and I will never book in this hotel.

Very good 8.0
The hotel in a very nice location , just in front of Haram. Check was one of the worst experience in my life. Breakfast is amazing with food variety and quality. Refill all the time for all the food. Note that for iron , tooth brush ... etc. It is there but you need to request and they are responding very fast. Overall experience is good but check in was so bad and it is unluckily the first interface in the hotel !!

Exceptional 10.0
Ramadhan 2018
Location, location, location. I cannot over emphasize how important it is to be right next to the the kaabah, especially on those very hot days. You can get to the haram in just a few minutes, even during the crowded peak times of Ramadhan. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate my requests. The food was well prepared and there were many choices to pick from. Like this hotel and will definitely recommend it to others.
