Good location, charming property
The hostel was very charming - the entire space was cozy and inviting. I booked a private room with private bathroom, and the bathroom was down the hall. The water took a while to get warm, and one night I wasn't able to get hot water for a few hours (which isn't entirely unexpected given the age of the property). The room was a little drafty in May/autumn (I had to pull the cover off the second bed for myself!) and there was a lot of traffic noise from outside. The hostel itself was very quiet and other guests were respectful. The front desk staff was very helpful. The location is ideal, very close to a lot of food and sights, and easy to get to public transportation.

Great Hostel with charm & friendly staff
This Hostel was well above our expectations. Brilliant old building with remodel. rooms had vaulted ceilings and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. this Hostel is well placed for the CBD of Santiago with great neighborhoods around filled with food options and tourist fun.

Good hostel in great location
I would recommend staying here. Great location, a short walk from the nightlife on Pio Nono, but not loud at night. Not a long walk to the center or Cerro San Cristobal. I booked a private room with a double bed. The room was pretty large. Wifi was super fast the first night, but slow the other 2 nights. No hot water in the sink. There was hot water in the shower, but it did not last very long; after the 1st day I adapted fine, though. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly.

Great hostel, good location, fantastic WiFi!
Nice hostel in a quiet and safe location that is not far from Metro stations and nightlife, both about 10 minutes walk. Rooms are basic but clean. Shower is very small but has very consistent hot water, which is actually more difficult to find than you may expect at a hostel. WiFi is fantastic, which is another difficult find at hostels. The rooftop patio is great. The girls at the front desk are very friendly at helpful, and speak good English. Overall, pretty much what I expected from a good hostel at a good location.

staff rules!
Loved the location, the funkiness (in a good way), and the staff. Great location for roaming the neighborhood. Staff helped me get to a Dr when I needed one. Will totally stay again.
