The service did not meet my expectation with the price that I paid for staying there. Room is quiet small but I don't mind, the staff are keeping them very clean. Breakfast was not so good compare to other 4 stars hotels. View is nice though (I got room on 11th floor).
Staff were friendly. But the quality was not the standard I expected of Faser. The rooms were really small and the build quality was poor considering now new the building was. The room was a little smelly as well.
Our regional office is a 5min walk away so location is ideal. Staff excellent and always ready to help. Supermarket has everything one needs if one decides to eat in room. Restaurant value for money with a varied menu. Will return for next visit as rates are reasonable.
Nothing complaint But need more value for the current room rate
Overall good stay. New hotel. Location walking distance to crescent shopping. the room Aircon was not cold most of the time. Only when past midnight can feel coldness. Hotel should provide transfer service to nearby spa saloon.
