Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Pera

Excellent location to exploring the city. Staff courteous and helpful and evening meal in the restaurant is delicious and certainly won't break the bank. Would definitely recommend and return.

Where to start the praise. I hurt my knee and tore a muscle. They were amazing. Staff couldn’t do enough to provide Ice compressions and Taxie’s to hospital and outings. With a wobbly start at the beginning of my stay I would definitely, 100% be going back. Location and approximately to the mosques was great. I have extended my stay due to advice of the doctors here and had an operation. The hospital and private room is like a 5* hotel. Their English is good. I feel 100% safe. Raddison Blu Pera was the welcoming staff from cleaners, door staff, gym (which was a high standard for Turkey) that may my stay pleasurable. I am a warm person and would advise cool clothes for the hotel it’s boiling inside . Outside it’s fresh, dress warm around 16.00 it can be bitter. Make sure you flag down a Taxie don’t use parked up unless the door man arranges this, ask for the meter to be running on your journey. The food at their restaurant up in the top floor is delicious a little bit more expensive than outside amenities but if you make sure your their by a window at sunset, the views are breathtaking. I would like to thank Expedia for all their help at the beginning of our stay, very professional and we have used them many a time. My only disappointment no fault to them but we had to wait 1hr for our shuttle service and they could see I was in discomfort.

Not great. Breakfast was very limited Staff can not speak English (especially night staff) Had a very bad experience checking in and waiting 6 hours for our room. But we were given an upgrade to business class. However, there are certain staff members who need training in customer service. The man who checked us in was not helpful at all. He just told us to sit on the chairs and wait. We were told that even when we’ve come from a long flight and needed somewhere to rest and eat. He was very quick to say the breakfast is €15. No complimentary water or drinks provided. The day staff that arrived were very happy to help. A lady who worked there then provided with everything we needed to know and gave us the room upgrade Overall location was great. Breakfast wasn’t nice. Limited options and very small seating area. Wouldn’t say it’s five star but overall due to the location it was satisfactory

The hotel for us was in the ideal location. 5 minutes to the shopping area and bars/restaurants. The hotel was a little dated but very clean, the business suite we stayed in the USB ports did not work. That said the room and view made up for it. Cleaners forgot to leave bath robes or towels on a few occasions. But a call down to reception sorted that out in double quick time. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful. All in all a very good hotel.

Room and service was excellent but only the view from the room was not nice
