This property is a very historic family run palazzo. We enjoyed meeting the owner of the property and spending time in this historic palace. We appreciated the opportunity to enjoy common spaces other than just our room. We wish we had opted to have breakfast in the morning. The breakfast provided looked and smelled fantastic. We would highly recommend this property. The owner made us feel at home in her home.

Wonderful staff! They helped, saved us when the gps failed. They went out of their way to make sure we had a nice evening. She walked some distance to our car and lead us. It was very kind! Our host was exceptional! Usually she was on the premise but if not was easy to contact with any questions. She came in early for our early check in! Had plenty of recommendations not only about San Gimignano but surrounding towns. She made us a reservation for New Year's Eve having to call several to get us a spot! The location was perfect as it was close to everything, especially the unloading area! Although a breakfast was not available we were able to get a discount at the recommended bar which was very close. We would say there again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great stay.

We had an exceptional stay at Residenza d’Epoca Palazzo Buonaccorsi. Set within a beautifully preserved 12th-century palace, the hotel is full of history, charm and authentic Tuscan character. From the moment you step inside, you feel immersed in the atmosphere of medieval San Gimignano. Our room overlooked the beautiful cobbled streets of the old town, and waking up to those breathtaking views each morning was unforgettable. The location is perfect for exploring everything on foot while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It was beautifully presented in a charming historic dining room and offered a wonderful selection of fresh fruit, local cheeses and cured meats, homemade cakes and pastries, eggs, bruschetta, cereals and excellent Italian coffee. Everything was fresh, high quality and prepared with care. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their recommendations for local restaurants were excellent, and every place they suggested turned out to be fantastic. If you’re looking for an authentic Tuscan experience in a historic building with wonderful hospitality, delicious breakfast and an unbeatable location, this is the perfect place to stay.
