We stayed at several Hotels in Europe and hands down this was the cleanest room we stayed in - the size was bigger then the other hotel rooms we stayed in and we were centrally located lots to do around us - food - entertainment - Versailles’s all just a short walk. Also we left a pair of sneakers and the front desk kept emailing us and calling to come get the shoes - we wouldn’t of realized where we left them if they wouldn’t of contacted us. The front desk staff are amazing if you go to versailles’s you have to stay at the royal everything about are stay was top notch from customer service to a comfy room. Thank you , Larry

Not customer friendly
We booked 3 rooms. After evening in Fountain Show , we asked at 9:40 pm. to sit in common area just to talk about day experience. We were tald that after 10 pm we can't sit in there for security reasons. The common area is on first floor. All rooms on upper floors. Common area for enjoy company after the day. Hotel purposely keep people out of it. Never stay in hotel with such restrictions. Night Porter talked to us like we asked for something extraordinary.

Terrible experience. Hotel mgmt decided to inform us only 2 weeks in advance that hotel would not be able to provide luggage storage on the day we are planning to visit the Palace. It was too late of a notice to find another hotel for the same price and hotel staff was utterly unhelpful and completely unbothered about helping us find a luggage storage service. We had to spend extra 40 euros to get back to paris to store our luggage somewhere and come back to Versailles. Absolutely ruined our plans. Location of hotel is nice but rooms are in deteriorated condition. No AC for hot days, dripping showers and no noise proofing so get ready for a noisy night. Would not recommend.
