I love this hotel. Staff are friendly. Good location, close to the mall. Good facility, Gym and pool, washer and dryer. But I have big family, I stay in 2 rooms, but utilities only 2 people, coffee mugs only 2, plates only 2, everything for 2 people.They don't set up at least 4 people.

Really nice hotel in a good location in central Jakarta. Nice big suite with a separate kitchen area and there was a shop next door where you could purchase food. Some very nice restaurants in walking distance aswell. Service was excellent and all staff were super helpful throughout my stay.

They have excellent customer service. We had a problem with the booking and discovered on the same day but their customer service was very good and efficient to respond so the problem was addressed easily. Also, the place is nice, perfect for accommodation in Jakarta.

What I don't like is.they don't provide laundry detergent & clothes dryer.also am of the utensils not enough for 4person in a rm.no teaspoon..shortage of cups n mugs.there was leaking at the aircon hole as u enter the main door.almost fell due to slippery.
