The Shining
This was a bit like 'The Shining'--an enormous hotel and we seemed to be almost the only guests. They said it was off season (Dec), but it was strange. Add to that the Bavarian/Swiss Alps architecture and the fodue restaurants, and it is a truly odd--and good--experience.

Atendimento educadissimo e muito solicito a todo momento. Nota 10 para toda a equipe do hotel. Quanto as restrições necessárias, devido ao Covid, de não ter limpeza no quarto, é um pouco incomodo, mas nada que tornasse a estadia ruim, tudo que precisei, me auxiliaram rapidamente. Café da manhã gostoso, com o necessario, sempre com produtos frescos.

Hotel grande, quarto grande, cama boa, ducha excelente, café da manhã muito bom , pessoal recepção muito cordial assim como todos os funcionários. Excelente custo x benefício!!!! Sem falar na localização que é minha preferida apesar de ser 4 km do centro. Acho que somente serviço de bar podia melhorar, servem refeições rápidas, esse serviço pode ser melhor colocar toalha ( papel) pelo menos , montar a mesa para refeições rápidas, pratos vem embalados, colocado direto na mesa não achei legal..... mínimo somente!!!
