A nice motel type accommodations, with two twin queens, all amenities you would expect, good shower nice fluffy towels, fridge . The only criticism I would have is the A/C unit was very noisy. You get a an allowance for breakfast of 8 dollars each and this is more than sufficient. The check in lady Jodie was exceptional and let us check in early.

    Stay somewhere else!!!

Upon arrival everything seemed great. The lady on the reception desk was extremely helpful it seemed, explaining the local area and places to eat. After going to our room I realised the lady had said that the restaurant was currently closed and I remembered I had purposely booked this hotel based on the fact that they provided breakfast, as the lady on the front desk had previously been so helpful I thought I’d pop down to speak to her about this and the lady could not have been more unhelpful, straight away telling me that it wasn’t their problem and that I’d need to take it up with who I’d booked through (hotels.com) and told to come back and speak to management in the morning which is fair enough, however it was quite rude and an apology could’ve gone along way, management were just as unhelpful and rude! The hotel need to notify hotels.com when they advertise through them that breakfast is not available all year round or at all to save other customers paying for a service they are not receiving. Apart from the fact that the room was absolutely freezing all night long, couldn’t have the heater on for very long as it made such a loud noise! Beds were satisfactory, everything provided in the room also satisfactory. After speaking to Hotels.com about the issue we had with breakfast, they couldn’t have been more helpful and apologetic, they got in contact with the hotel straight away.

    Looks good, but disappointing

This hotel looks great from the front, like a huge log cabin, but round the back you find just a basic old type motel building. The rooms, although clean, are dark and dreary and the bed firm. The on-site restaurant had a varied menu and the food was good, but be careful what time you eat, we went in around 7pm and the noise level reminded me of my school canteen. Breakfast was much quieter and the lovely pancakes I ordered were about 8 inches in diameter and 2 made up a regular serving.

The front staff wasn’t friendly. Rooms were good but looked like they weren’t vacuumed. I picked up a old Cheeto and a couple other items. It would have been nice to know that the pool and hot tub weren’t working.

Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. Also we felt like that they were trying extra hard to make things clean and sanitary for us during the pandemic.

    GRRR on three bears

We booked through booking.com and know we would not get the best room. We were there for 3 nights. Upon going to our room we had to go down an alley, it was not a long alley but was dark and none of the rooms had lights one outside their doors. One evening the the drive was blocked by a parked car we had to back in since it is a one way drive. The inside the room was dark, the beds were not comfortable, pillows flat, and sheets made a noice every time you moved. It was probably as clean as it could be needs paint and carpet. The people at check in where very nice and informative.

    A+. Would stay again

Was kind of worried when we arrived, couldn't find check in desk, but it was just a large property. Fast, friendly, safe staff. The room was rustic, clean and comfy. In the heart of west Yellowstone. No breakfast bar, they give you coupons to eat in their restaurant! Good food, very clean, great service.
