Nice location, staff were friendly
The hotel is in a nice location, not far from Shibuya station. Good place to stay on a budget or if you are staying for one night and leaving the next day.

It's what you'd expect
Not particularly relaxing or comfortable, but then again what do you expect from a capsule hotel? No safe place to keep large luggage, and there's nothing from stopping anyone from entering into your capsule at any point, so hopefully you trust your anonymous roommates. I stayed here because it was incredibly close to a live music venue I was attending that night, and I'm certainly glad I didn't have far to travel at 5am when the show was over and I needed a place to sleep. I knew what I was getting myself into, so I'm not disappointed but I'm certainly not impressed either. This can be fine for a night - if even just for the novelty of it - but I would hate this to be where I stay every night of a long trip to Tokyo.

First time
My first time staying in a capsule hotel and it was an interesting experience. Didn't like bathing with other men in the public bathing area and wish there were shower rooms on the capsule floors. The hotel didn't disappoint, the capsules are clean and comfortable.
