Perfect for 3 girls near the Hippodrome.

Very Good8.0
The key cards constantly demagnetise, so I had to get my card reactivated pretty much every time I left my room. Slightly annoying. The hot and cold on the tap are the wrong way round. There’s a very loud air conditioner at the back of the hotel which comes on at all hours of the day - very annoying! Reception staff are wonderful- always very helpful and willing to help. I can’t fault them at all. Parking is a rip off, and having to pay day by day is annoying.

Great stay
Was greeted with a smile and had a great time! We were able to ask for extras at reception and iron our clothes. Room was clean and modern with a big comfy bed. We will stay again

Good location. Box like room. Sardines?
Good location made up for a rather cramped room with a cupboard like shower that opens directly into the room. Similar to the toilet. Despite this lack of privacy they have also decided to place mirrors all the way around this area showing you at every possible angle as you go into and out of the shower. And what place doesn't offer tea and coffee making as standard. Madness. Also the reception although laid back and relaxed has the feel of being in a mobile phone shop which was somewhat odd.

Stayed for darts nite with my son from Norwich.
Was jus perfect for what we wanted. Only down side was the strong smell of bleach at 1st but it soon went. Bed was comfortable and staff really friendly. I’d def recommend and would book again.
