We enjoyed our stay at Aeropuerto Hotel. Pool and garden area is lovely. We had dinner on site and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals. It's always nice when breakfast buffet is included. We used the airport shuttle and our driver was excellent I would recommend this hotel and wouls stay again if back in San Hose

Engaging staff member at check-in in the early evening got us set up on our hotel quickly. The shuttle was fine. The hotel is in a strange area but is enclosed by a gate. The doors are actual-key entry so don't forget to lock yours at night. The beer garden was great and it seemed to appeal to a young adult travel crowd, but our family of a teen and tween was comfortable. The rooms are nothing to write home about but they are clean, the A/c works, and the water was warm.

The best part of this place was I was able to get three beds in one room. The airport shuttle was on time. Both of these were great. Upon check in I asked if we could get a small breakfast prior to leaving at 6 am since on reason I booked it was breakfast included. The receptionist was not even nice about it. She said they wouldn’t serve anything until 6:30. She was rude upon check in and the most unfriendly person to end our 13 day trip. Everyone else I encountered on our trip were incredibly friendly and kind. The room had a/c which was nice. I would not stay here again.
