Worst hotel I have ever stayed in years!
We spent £290 on this hotel, and was shocked by the condition of the rooms when we arrived. It was totally different from what was shown in the pictures. Room is extremely small, we had no space to even put down our luggage. Our room was right above the external neo light of the hotel name, and the curtain was not blacking out. We had to sleep in the flashing light the whole night. We escaped from the hotel first thing next morning. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. HORRIBLE!

Location, location, location!
Smooth check in, we were early but our room was ready. The room was small as expected - we had read the online reviews and booked knowing that the room would be small. The main problem with the small room is the fact that there is nowhere to store cases - maybe the hotel should consider putting in high shelves to resolve this probem as it seems to be the main negative mentioned in reviews. For us this hotel was all about the location! The metro stop is just around the corner and 5 of the metro lines run from this station, therefore lots of places can be accessed from here. Loads of shops and very good restaurants in the area. Lots of hustle and bustle about the place but not too busy like the centres of Shinjuku or Shibuya. I would stay here again just for the location.

Good location, reasonably comfortable, poor breaky
Very compact hotel as to be expected in Tokyo. Breakfast really lets the place down as dining area is way too small and gets packed and messy very quickly. Food runs out pretty quick as well particularly if you are late down. On the other hand the male sauna and hot pool on the second floor is excellent, ladies have a short walk to a sister hotel.

Great Hotel with excellent location
Very good hotel with an excellent location close to the great locations of Tokyo. The employees are not very fluent in English but very helpful and polite. The room is very clean.
