Dreadful
Awful. Completely over-priced hype. The marketing (web site photos) is totally misleading. Promised 7 restaurants - for 5 days we had to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner in the pool bar - completely unacceptable at this price. Service appalling - 45 minutes for drinks, longer for food delivered cold/inedible. The staff work very hard in difficult circumstances, but the management have abdicated all responsibility. Food over-priced, gym equipment broken. No way is this a five star resort. On check out, when summarising our daily complains re quality, the manager actually thought it funny. Oh, and tried to over-charge us for food never delivered (remember that awful service?). Never use it again - never recommend. Complete rip off

Island holiday at Huma
The staff were all very attentive and nice. It was very personal without being intrusive. I loved the island. Snorkelling is great right infront of the beach. We went island-hopping (additional fee) which was well-worth it! Loved snorkelling and vege-ing in Pass Island. The food was delicious and there were different cuisines to choose from. As we were there during low-season, there were only 10 to 16 people on any given day. Though they could not keep all restaurants open all of the time, these were rotated so the guests could have a variety of choices. We always capped the day with drinks at the Blue Bar with music from the acoustic duo! They were fantastic. The only thing that needs some improvement is the spa. I loved the massage but there is a need to add more treatments.

The best resort of our honeymoon!
Graet resort!! The best on our honeymoon.. It started with the welcome song and all of the crew introducing themselves (including the GM and the chef), and proceeded to 3 days of great service, great food and having the feeling that we are in a special and wonderful place. The rooms are stylish and big with everything you need including great views to the bay and full privacy. Went diving in two japanese WW2 ship wreck - really good! Two weak spots: 1. The marine life around the rooms and under the glass bottom spa (very cool by the way). 2. Getting to the resort not on full inclusive leave you almost withiut options to choose from for lunch and dinner - at least at the low season when all the restaurants aren't open. However, when we mentioned to the chef that we wanted something specific he made sure that we will get it for our next dinner..
