The room was lovely and facilities too. The owner Mrs Anna is lovely. She couldn't do enough for you and was very attentive. Although the telephone conversation I had with them assured me that the room I closed was on the second floor when I arrived they tried to give us a semi-basement, saying that the reservation was not made directly to them but to expedia.ie.After our intense protest, they gave us a room on the second floor and then our stay was wonderful.
