Very poor
Free wifi and breakfast were included in the price when booked, however none of these were provided without extra charge. The T.V. in the room had no channels on it, even after re-tuning. Also charged £5 for parking and had to be called out of our room to move our car for people who were blocked in. Even after I raised that concern with the management. Overall very poor. Would certainly not stay here again.

great little hotel
The room i stayed in was the sea view family room, the bedding was clean and neatly presented as were the towels the beds where comfy enough to sleep in and the bathroom was clean enough to use, only stayed for one night but would of happily stayed longer overall its a lovely little hotel and the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to ensure the guests are happy.

The only thing that we enjoyed was the breakfast. I emailed the hotel to say i was on crutches, they had recieved the email as it was on the booking form in his folder & he still put me on the second floor. I have put the rating at 1 as it will not let me leave it at 0.

Nice hotel, close to the beach
Manager was very lovely and friendly, the bed and breakfast was so close to the beach between the South and Central Pier, the bed was very comfortable and the price very fair
